Marlene Schnell

Marlene lives in Regina with her husband, Gary of 36 years. She has been a CWL member since 1976 [33yrs] when she joined Holy Trinity CWL in Regina to be part of the church community. As a new stay at home mom, it was an outing for her and being new in the parish a way of meeting other mom’s and ladies. After six years and several positions on the executive she became Parish President. From there she moved to Regina CWL Regional chairperson. Then it was on to the executive of the Regina Archdiocesan executive and eventually President. She is now on the Provincial executive and is currently Community Life Chairperson, as well as CWL Recording secretary on the parish level.


Marlene does several ministries in her church. She is on the board and volunteers once a week at Visitation House a drop in center for women and children. Marlene & Gary have 5 wonderful children and 8 grandchildren with 2 more grandbabies expected in April. She feels truly blessed.
